How to book a Trip with us
Research the trip options:
Evaluate the different travel options and select the one that aligns most effectively with the preferences and needs of your group.
Example:
Will you be driving your own Rigs? Driving Ours? or Ride along as a passenger?
How much time do you want to spend on the trail?
Decide on desired dates:
It's important to remember that dates can get booked quickly. Therefore, it's a good idea to consider both the first and second choices of dates when selecting.
Book your trip:
If driving your own rig, please review the vehicle requirements page. Ensure all systems and equipment on the vehicle are in good working order and ready for the Rubicon Trail.

- Securing a trip date requires the following:
Remit a 25% non-refundable trip deposit (required to book and hold your tour date) via check, along with a Release of Liability (can be found in the downloads for our trip) for all members of your party to:

- At least one month before your trip:
You will receive an Itinerary via email outlining the dates of your trip, estimated times, items to pack, and where to stay before and after the trip. A Sample Itinerary can be downloaded here
